Fruitsticks - Sunshine on a stick! |
The most loyal customers are women aged between eighteen and forty.
They are looking for something healthy, authentic, tasty, fresh
and something they can drink ‘on the go’. They like
the cleanliness of the stand and have great con?dence in the quality
of the product. Why? They’ve seen it made.
Women across groups
A/B/C and D all express a preference for this type of drink or snack.
The drinks are delicious and don’t contain any fat. Families
visit the stand especially in half term and school holidays.
During
school holidays sales are up by 25%. Men are increasingly health
conscious and want a tasty, healthy option. The average transaction
value suggests that several drinks are bought at once. On weekends
there as many as 500 transactions per day. Customers tell us they
want an alternative to coffee and fizzy drinks. More and more people
keep coming back!

tenant mix; they provide a unique food offering which is extremely
